I dare say we would be hearing about "windfall profiteering".
Instead, gopvernment money has fueled the escalation of education cost.
Education is a liberal sacred cow, indoctrinating the young, propagandizing for socialism.

As long as highly compensated profs and admins can donate big $$ to liberals, any talk of reducing education costs is just for show.

Like unions, “big education” is one of the strong liberal funding streams.
