I think it is time for America to bring back American companies to America.
Stop sending US jobs to China and other countries.
Bring US jobs back home.
Raise my taxes. Got it, thanks.
In order for that to happen, two critical things are necessary:
1). Abolish the minimum wage.
2). Make Right-to-Work the law in all states.
American companies have no choice but to outsource because of the onerous anti-market regulations typified by the evil minimum wage. And the archaic workrules imposed by union thugs have made profitability nearly impossible in the United States. The purpose, both legal and ethical, of any enterprise is to return maximum value to the investors. The current anti-business climate in America has destroyed ROI.
U.S. jobs are already back.
The only people unemployed are those who are mooching off of relatives, sucking up welfare, and otherwise avoiding at all costs moving to where the jobs are located (with flimsy excuses such as “...but I’ve always lived here and my desk job just needs to come back” or “I’ve got to stay unemployed to live near my mom to take care of her”).
Textile mills in SC have roared back. The U.S. now exports $23 Billion in cotton products from an industry that was dead a decade ago.
Fertilizer and chemical plants are being built as fast as welders and assemblers can be hired along the entire Gulf Coast.
Oilfield fracking jobs are booming in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and all of North Dakota.
The jobs are back.
You don’t need a college degree.
Railroads are running record amounts of trains and cars.
Record numbers of trucking miles are being logged.
The people who aren’t working are the **opposite** of the people in the Grapes of Wrath movie who moved from Oklahoma to California to pick grapes...the biggest job hiring in the Depression.
People who aren’t working today would simply prefer to lower their standard of living to that of their welfare checks or family mooching...instead of moving to where the jobs are located.
They don’t want to work (unless they get their old desk job back, a raise, and their a$$3$ kissed), and that’s not happening.
The simple advice to give *anyone* unemployed is: Move.
Don’t be the guy stuck in Ethiopia eating sand because he doesn’t know enough to move where the food can grow.
Ha what a joke...
