Technical updates - additional update before Oct 1 making it difficult
Medicaid - Kansas - real income, if not able to verify - we would lose funding.
Issue: education and outreach by federal gov. Naviagtors got contract and we just learned who those would be, but the system isn’t ready to go live today.
Issue: rates - very expensive - 2 insurers on exchange, that is less competition
you have more choices in medicaid than in exchange
I see this every day - we serve the uninsured - this is not going to solve those issues. It is not going to make it more affordable or better.
It is best left to states.

ACA - good for all concerned - it’s the right thing to do.
I hope some will be interested in this thread. I personally have no stomach for it and will not be listening or posting.
