Let’s see. I think the House voted against Obamacare this time. I think they would have voted against it the first time if anyone had read the bill. If the ship has a hole in it, then you abandon the ship. Obamacare is the Titanic, and it is full of holes.
Your Titanic comparison is on target. Cruz did a marvelous job but on reflection, I think there was one thing he could have said but didn’t. How about “The American people don’t want ObamaCare, and the more they learn about it, the more certain they are they don’t want ObamaCare.” Then he could have gone into the reasons why the American people were right using all the points he made. Probably no big deal but it would have been nice to hear.
