I told Wicker’s office that this was the defining moment for republicans and that this was “Mr. Smith Goes To Washington” and that we wanted our Senator to be public in his support for Senator Ted Cruz. I told her that we cannot win a fight without fighting and that we may lose a battle but win the war. They were very nice... as I was in return. Cochran’s office was cold and bitter.
