I started to call my senator, Senator Casey of PA, to ask him to defund Obamacare but then I realized what a monumental waste of time that would be. The sad fact is that since Obama took office, Senator Casey has consistently joined fellow Democrats to back the President unconditionally, no exceptions.
It took me a while to get the message. Before Obamacare became law, I'd had hope that it wouldn't pass. After all hundreds of thousands of Americans actively protested Obamacare and the polls were heavily weighted against its passage. There was no upside to voting for a bill the people didn't want, a bill guaranteed to sink the American economy and replace the best healthcare system in the world with a socialist rationing model. Yet when the votes were counted, the Democrats stood solid, all but shouted Sieg Heil as they lined up behind their Fuehrer.
Then the Obama Administration found itself mired in the tragedy of Benghazi, Americans slaughtered for no reason, Americans who could have been saved but were left for dead. The President pushed the narrative that Muslims had rioted to protest a book though he knew, even as he broadcast the lie, that it was a terror attack. In response Congress held hearings, sounded indignant on talk shows, and so on, and so on until a mind-numbed audience finally stopped paying attention. Then Democrats snapped to attention, saluted their leader, and refused to hold anyone accountable.
But the scandals kept coming, evidence of the White House spying on the American people, the IRS intimidating Obama's political enemies, the NSA, reading the peoples private emails, monitoring their Facebook, and listening to their phone calls. Once again, Congress held hearings, sounded indignant on talk shows, and so on, and so on. Then they collectively slapped a salute to their overlord and allowed the spying to continue.
But why would these men and women who swore they'd protect the Constitution and serve the American people shred the Constitution and fight against the people.

Blind loyalty involves a form of cognitive dissonance where a person sees evidence of a problem or bad behavior and then turns a blind eye to the truth in favor of keeping a positive image of the person or cause"
So is that it? Are Democrats so loyal they've "turned a blind eye" to the impending devastation of Obamacare, the slaughter of American citizens in Benghazi, or the government spying on the American people? Or, since they've purposefully joined ranks to dismantle our Constitution and destroy our country, is it really just blind loyalty or treason?
Considering the destruction to our government, our depressed economy, and our disappearing freedom, is there any difference?
I live in Maryland with Cardin and Mikulski, it is a waste of time contacting either.
If the party say sh*t they both drop their pants and dump a load.
Neither is worth a pint of sour owl piss.

Most rat reps and nearly all rat senators cannot afford to lose DSCC or DCCC campaign funds.
Cross Obama/Reid and lose your next election. Simple.
This is one of the ways the executive branch corrupts the legislative branch.
It isn't a new tactic.
George III did the same to Parliament and was fast doing it to the colonies. It was THE single greatest reason for our revolution.
I wrote a very nice email to Rubio (R:sort-of) and Nelson (D: to the core) asking to vote to defund Obamacare. Neither has responded.
I just got a call from a woman who has CHP, an HMO and has had it for 20 years. She’s paying $9,500/yr. All individual polices have been canceled due to Obamacare. She called CHP and since she has hers through her LLC they’re just going to raise the price. She asked how much and was told that some of them would go up 100% but others might be only 10-20%. (Just wow!)
It’s treason, plain and simple. The democrats have sold out their country to the kenyan moslem in the white house.
May God exact justice upon them. May their every night be filled with nightmares and their every day be filled with torment. May their days be few and another take their offie. May their wives be widows and their children be orphans. (The last two sentences are Psalms 109:8-9)
The amazing thing about this is that Obama and the Democrats are still saying that this thing is going to save us money, and some ignorant fools believe them.
The fore fathers were smart enough to leave their corrupt motherland to start anew...
That will soon be the only way to salvage your life and money is to exit the country for new shores.
Will the citizens of the USA get the HUGE clue that has been delivered to them daily to get the HELL out and start fresh in another country?
All the expats I know started a few years ago and I meet new expats daily and correspond with many helping them get their ducks in a row and head out.
The old USA is never coming back, it is heading into chaos...get the hell out if you can!

Didn’t Jefferson or Ben Franklin say something to the effect that politicians will only do the right thing if they fear the people?
There are many of us in the same boat, but unless they hear from us, they cement the idea that they are doing the right thing. There are Dems and Repubs who are getting the message that people don’t want Obamacare.
Take a stand. Call them. And let them know that you will give money to their opponents. Also, let them know that even Max Baucus (D) said this is a train wreck, and Jay Rockefeller (D) said it was incomprehensible. If they say they are for the poor and vote for this, then they demonstrate that they are liars, since the poor will be hit hard. Also, support Senator Vitter’s effort to have every DC politician and their staff be enrolled in the same thing they are trying to foist on us. No exceptions!
Have fun fighting the machine, the collapse is coming and I’m sure you will love that too...
I called, told my senator that I knew he only represented Democrats and that he’d follow Obama into hell but I still wanted him to know where I stood.
I am working to do my part but I don’t know what it will take for most Americans, maybe they’ll never fight back. But my hope is that we can pull them together before the 2014 elections and that we’ll have enough true conservatives running to make a difference.
I changed my registration to Democrat. I am going to fight them from within their own party. I just wrote both my Democrat Senators and told them I was a registered Democrat, and them told them basically to grow a pair and vote no on closure and allow amendments to be offered. I don’t have a Republican Senator in my state any more, so I might as well tell my fellow Democrats how wrong they have been. I’m going to shine a little light in their eyes....
