Bad government programs don’t get cut - they get cash an prized to fix them. The attempted coercion of 1/6 of the economy will result in another 1/6 to fix it. If it is funded it stays until the end of the republic - that is roughly a decade.
As soon as a pol finds a way to get Obamacare money to contributors, he/she loses interest in getting rid of it.
I could see delaying it though defunding it would be better. But letting it be put in place to punish the dems? They'll never get rid of it. The only things that will happen are (1) the rates will go up every year and (2) our medical care will be in shambles
