one of the requirements is 25 percent Latino heritage Why 25%? Why not 50% or 12.5%? These sort of percentage games remind me of the old Nazi who-is-an-Aryan laws. These pageant folks are following nazi-like racial policies and they are too dense to even know it.

It’s actually a “Miss Chiquita Delaware” contest, which means “small or little” in Spanish, as I recall.
They probably reported it as “Miss Hispanic Delaware” since half of America would think it’s a Chiquita Banana contest.
