What would happen if the House sent numerous specific bills to the Senate, but none of them funded obammycare? Let the Senate and Bronco Bama choose which parts of the federal government go without funding.

The middle ground may be to sent a compromise bill on obammcare - delay it for s year and require ALL federal employees, including the entire executive branch to use oobammycare.

Keep in mind that Reid kept the CR at the lower level. He’s nervous, too.

The Senate just sends them back with funding for Ocare attached. The two houses could elect to go to conference or just keep ping ponging them back and forth.

If I were Boehner, I’d send the bill back with O’care funded and a 20% across the board reduction in the CR.

What does Reed do then?
