I agree with you...defeatism is a lousy way to go through life. George Washington lost many a battle, until he won the war. Folks have to learn how to take loses, and continue to fight in the process. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue to fight...keep your mind on the positive, and don’t waddle in the negative. Difficult, but not impossible to achieve.

The whiners and defeatists wind up depressing enthusiasm on the freedom side of the fence, and bolstering the forces of anti-freedom. They need to find another forum to spout their doom and gloom.
