Get rid of tenure and many of the problem teachers would be fired. ENOUGH! Teachers should have the same risk of losing their jobs if they cannot teach or are just indoctrinating.

Teaching is the only job I know of where simply lasting the first 7 or 10 years guarantees you a job the rest of your life.
