The phone rings.

The caller says he's a rep from a government agency.

You have to admit the “navigators” idea is brilliant.

Don’t answer the phone to unknown callers, or who say Private Caller, and unidentified numbers. Only answer the phone to known phone numbers. And yes, don’t answer the door if you’re not expecting anyone.

Obamacare is a scam. I don’t know how you’d tell the difference in who is trying to scam you.

Sound advice. Been doing all this for years.

My smartphone also has an app that blocks calls from private or unidentified numbers or from people I just don’t want to talk to.
