It's getting worse and worse every year. When the SCOTUS rules that a new law is "constitutional" and everyone treats it as such, they have already overstepped their bounds. Add to that the recent ruling that 0bamacare is actually a "tax" and therefore perfectly legal (not remembering how they ruled about its constitutionality, however) they have in fact become as much little kings in their minds as Bahak and Eric-the-RedCommie already consider themselves.
I see troubling results coming for this country as a consequence.
