Sen. John McCain has hired a controversial Syria analyst who recently was fired by one D.C. organization and resigned from another after it emerged that she inflated her academic credentials.

The Republican senator's office confirmed to Fox News that Elizabeth O'Bagy was hired as a legislative assistant, and will start work next week.

"Elizabeth is a talented researcher, and I have been very impressed by her knowledge and analysis in multiple briefings over the last year. I look forward to her joining my office," McCain said in a statement.

This just goes to illustrate, once again, how unfit McCain is to hold any sort of position of power. As bad as obama is, there is little doubt in my mind, now, that McCain would have been as bad, if not worse.

Its McCain. His sense left him ages ago. Now he is a foolish old man.
And yet....the GOP continues their support of him

And her willingness to lie is just an added bonus.

It’s just the Saudis having one agent taking care of another agent. What’s the problem. It was only a question of whether it was going to be Johnny or Lindsey doing the hiring.

He is no longer of full mental facilities and his staffing has been slowly infiltrated by subversives, McCain at this point is living in a reality only existent in his own befeebled mind, and is held hostage by gatekeepers who only have their personal self interests at heart.

Interesting that these gatekeeper staffers are now so confident they own McCain’s office, title, prestige and power so thoroughly that they would do something this blatantly antagonistic towards the AMerican voter, so soon after the controversy, and without the modicum of public regret over their previous failures of their strategy to improve their personal self interests of having the US invade Syria.

All the jokes about Reagan being senile in the last several years of his Presidency, if McCain had won the Presidency, all those jokes would have been recycled with him as the punchline at this point.

With either McCain or Romney, we’d be fighting the same battles over ObamaCare, amnesty, debt ceilings, wars everywhere, etc. With either, we’d probably have Kerry as Secretary of State. Plus more progressive judges packaged as moderates.

Only way I can think McCain would have been worse is wars. We’d probably be attacking Australia over their new environmental policies by now if he was in office.

I actually do think McCain has dementia or something. He’s just all over the field with his words and deeds the past couple years.

Rewarding corruption in government is every bit as treasonous as waging war on the American People.
