Bill just wants Obama to fix it so that he (Bill) isn’t the only president to have a government shutdown as part of his legacy.
He’s already got Reagan for company, but apparently he didn’t have the stature of Lincoln in his own eyes, so he doesn’t count. No hope of renting his bedroom to the highest donor.
