Earlier this summer, black city council members said curfews are racist because they target black people — though most news accounts refer to the lawbreakers as “teens.”

Teens is the new "code" word for black youth misbehaving. The media created that, not us!

And the “misbehaving” the media referring to is the beating the hell out of Whites, robbing, raping and killing old White women, shooting old men with pellet guns and then beating them to death after robbing them, by Blacks youth, nothing serious just boys being boys .
