San Antonio has a LOT of democrats (not to mention our darling mayor (/s), but KSAT has a lot of conservatives. We could use the backup.
Thanks!

Go ahead and do, if it makes you happy. I’m irritated by the constant “blame” thing and IMO it leads nowhere in terms of convincing LI voters. We know what we have to do and there’s essentially no chance of convincing the other side “why” because the “whys” we would cite do not launch logical thought processes. It’s much like our positioning with Muslims. They operate on a (for want of a better word) logic system that does not compute with us, and we them.
We do not fear a shutdown, and wouldn’t choose to cite it as some kind of boogeyman that causes all these ripple effects because most of us do not care about whatever government would launch against us it it were open and when it IS open. We know the FF&C of the US is not an issue and is not in question.
I believe when we engage in this we ratify the placing of blame which is an extension of “it’s not my fault”. That’s what I am saying.

Right. I was gonna ask. Just exactly who IS to blame if the FedGov shuts down?
Better question might be... who is to be given CREDIT if the shutdown occurs?
