Rod Blagojevich is Peeling Potatoes in (Federal) Prison

Rod Blagojevich is "a lovely guy," according to defense attorney Sam Adam Sr. Apparently he isn't the only one with that assessment. Adam says that Blago's fellow prisoners "just adore him."

"They've got him working in the kitchen peeling potatoes just like I did in the Army! They've given him a lot of time to run and exercise. He’s settled in now, which knowing the Bureau of Prisons, they’ll probably transfer him!"

So many names were redacted in that case. It is speculated that the person who was to be appointed, at the direction of Obama was Jesse Jackson Jr., a favor owed to Jesse Jackson Sr (for his get out the vote stuff).

Blago, didn’t want to just hand it over. It was “golden” and there were several others who wanted the seat. Obama wanted to give it to JJJr for free, in return for future favors, Blago wanted something solid on the table.

Tapes went missing, names left out due to court orders (before the hammer fell), and Blago was sent up river by the Obama machine. All court records have been redacted to avoid “embarrassment” to witnesses... really? witnesses? Since this was a Federal case against state employees, FOI should have worked, but the courts keep delaying it, and it is unknown if those documents will ever be opened in our lifetime.

This was punishment for not “playing along” and considering selling the seat to Mel Reynolds (who would not play along with Obama and the Jackson’s). Who incidentally also went to prison, while the real crooks are running this country.

The feds got the little fish, and the big fish got away.
