From reading so many threads on NPS barricading, etc. I’d say someone in the heirarchy of the NPS is overreacting, OR this is from the top of the Obama Admin. to push to the tipping point. IOW They want a fight.
If so, they will more than likely get one.
Thing is this Honor Flight will continue through the month, regardless of what happens in Congress / WH.
There was a thread earlier: the National Park rangers Barry-cading the WWII monument admitted they were doing so on the orders of the White House Office of Management and Budget.
