looks like the bikers were surrounding the vehicle...you can see one of them saying something or glaring or similar as they go by...and then a biker stops right in front of the vehicle...all the bikers stop...a white van drives around them...they’re all looking back at the vehicle surrounded by the bikers...then suddenly the vehicle takes off and is chases.....nobody here would not be driving like crazy to get away from this group....

Make no mistake this was an attempted robbery/extortion by the bikers, and a well documented phenomena in the New York Tri-state area. They target high-end vehicles driven by non-brown families, cause a minor accident, then surround the vehicle, slash the tires so escape is not an option, then extort money and/or valuables from the terrified occupants. Truckers know these gangs well.
