What I see is vibrant exuberant Hispanics out having a good time and Chinese guy does not know how to take this in. I hope you know that Chinese are awful drivers at least in America. Chinese guy panicked thus paralyzing a vibrant culture bike rider (Hispanic) I don't believe I just read that.
