Imagine that folks ? ... if a New Conservative Administration is elected in 2014 and America's economic power is unleashed and allowed to grow this could be THE AMERICA'S CENTURY chapter II.
America could very well turn into a MEGA Super Power.

Does Russia have many/any shale areas that would supply more oil by fracturing? It likely that the entire world has those areas, including ocean floors.
We live on a planet that has enough stored energy in the form of natural gases and oils that we will still have hardly tapped into them in a 1,000 years.
That's assuming that we even need those forms of energy anymore.
