State officials said the Covered California website got 645,000 hits during the first day of enrollment, far fewer than the 5 million it reported Tuesday.
The state exchange had cited the 5 million figure as a sign of strong consumer interest and a major reason people had so much difficulty using its $313-million online enrollment system.
Dana Howard, a spokesman for Covered California, said the error was the result of internal miscommunication.

So its safe to assume the 313 million dollars didn’t include load testing.
Overstated, misstated, misspoke-—all synonyms for LIE to the people.
Mind boggling, isn't it? Think of it as 313 people getting a million bucks each to set up a website. And all 313 failed, defying the law of averages.

They counted their site visits using the 0bama vote counting method.
And 649,999 sign ups were Criminal invaders who just recieved their Cali. drivers Licenses and are applying for
Liar...liar...pants on fire...

I have a feeling Dana Howard couldn’t count his balls and get the same number twice.
