Ya...It’s been hours, and there must be a thousands of them standing around...
What are they waiting for?
They think they are in Boston. Waiting to find a boat to fill with lead.
Cops gotta feel ‘attached to the incident’ so they can later say “yeah, I was there”. And if they get REAL lucky they get a press interview so they can brag about how brave they were.
