Okey Doaky, so we have to shut doen the NIH and put the country at risk of epidemics, but we can pay hundreds of police officers and park rangers to barricade open air monuments and guard them to make sure people don't go around the barriers.

That's either bad faith or massive incompetence in misallocation of scarce assets.

Obama is unfit to hold office under either scenario.
