It’s has to be pointed out, pointedly if necessary that the government doesn’t ‘’own’’ the WW2 Memorial or any other building or piece of property. WE The People own it, not the ‘’government’’. And if we were to all not file our income tax for one year they’ll get that message pretty quick.
