Obama’s a Chicago type goon... a well spoken one, but still - totally Chicago...
I've had extensive training in public speaking for no particular reason and to no one's benefit.
Nevertheless, as an experienced evaluator, I'll state that Obama is just about the worst public speaker, at a professional level, that I have heard in my entire life.
