The hatred and division of the Civil War divided people on a regional basis for the most part. This time, the division is on a political / cultural basis. Now it is truly neighbor against neighbor far more than the last civil war. It’s going to be ugly and for a long time.

It will be “brother against brother” etc. far more than before. It is reaching the point that family reunions will be impossible, trying to pretend to enjoy the company of someone who supports those who are trying to destroy your life is not easy. I simply cannot stand to sit quietly and listen to some idiot liberal rant, it is like trying to stand barefooted on a bed of hot coals. My only recourse other than to tell them in no uncertain terms how stupid they are is to leave the vicinity immediately. Listening to someone who thinks MSNBC is a news channel is just too much, I wish I had more self control.
