I agree with the piecemeal approach. In fact, I think it should be a permanent way of keeping cr** out of the budget.
Bingo!! We have a winner. You just hit on why the left doesn’t want to allow the piecemeal approach to happen. Everything about the bill is out in the open. They can’t hide the crap like they usually do.
