From Syracuse TV coverage, it looked like they just pulled a plug out of the Jersey barrier, drained it and kicked it over. Syracuse TV news anchor and camera crew present for the festivities.
I looked online to see if I could find any video footage of that awesome event, but could not find anything yet.
Hopefully, something will show up in the next couple days.
