I’m not sure this article is 100% correct. I realize it’s not your article, just saying.

A friend’s daughter (23 or so with 2 kids) is on Medicaid and went to the urgent care today to get treated for an ear infection.

She was told Medicaid was stopped - no warning and that if she wanted treatment she would have to pay upfront to enroll in Obamacare right at the urgent care.

I told my friend to send her to an ER because they have to treat everyone regardless of if they can pay. She called the one nearest their home and they said for her to enroll in Obamacare before showing up or she wouldn’t be seen.

The girl had barely any money so the mom paid for 3 months worth of Obamacare for the daughter on her debit card and off she went to the ER.

Why isn’t the girl’s husband providing for them?

I told my friend to send her to an ER because they have to treat everyone regardless of if they can pay.

I believe that WAS true - under the old evil medical care system where anyone could be treated free at an emergency room. I don't believe it's true anymore.

1. 23 with 2 kids, she's not a girl.

2. Where are the babies daddies? Why are the rest of us forced to pay for her bad choices?

Total BS. Obamacare is not mandatory yet. And even if it were the ER HAS to provide service, no matter the ability to pay.

Tell the person spreading this story to do a little more homework.

Sorry, but that whole story sounds like BS... especially that part.
