Ted Cruz Is Unstoppable
Poletical.com ^ | October 1st, 2013 | T. Carter

Ted Cruz has worked his way up the Republican chain, almost from nowhere. He has made a lot of enemies along the way, there is no doubt about that. No Republican in recent history has managed to cause such controversy and ruffle so many feathers. This could be the type of Republican that the GOP needs to shake off a decade worth of decline and division. America's left-wing media lapdogs may think the Tea Party has faded from conservatism, but they couldn't be more wrong. The Tea Party and Ted Cruz could deliver one of the biggest defeats in Democratic history by uniting the party's factions.

...ass hats that did Romney in by depicting he would do more damage than King Obama. Fools.

Oh, you mean the "asshats" who dared to post Mitt Romney's actual record as Governor of Massachusetts? A record that most liberal Democrats would be proud of?

Seriously, it's time this ridiculous meme was put in its grave. The man failed to get enough votes because he's a liberal fraud with an R velcroed on his sleeve. Millions of conservative voters stayed home because they refused to compromise their core principles to vote for a man who had little to differentiate him from the enemy besides words.

Quit blaming the voters. Blame Romney!

Those are such solid, educational links, Sister Onyx. I hope those in need avail themselves of that extended hand of wisdom.

Everyone says that. Well at least in my head everyone says that. Seriously we all need each other to get through this. We will get through this because He will get us through this.

I don’t want a legislator to “pass bills” I want them to get rid of Obamacare, red tape for businesses, welfare, political correctness and so much more.

Amen. America is suffocating under the crushing weight of too many laws. We need fewer laws, not more.

Good lord. Do you have any idea how ludicrous that statement is?

If it weren't for Sarah Palin, and the faith and trust that so many conservative Americans have in her, Ted Cruz would not be in the U.S. Senate today.

Seems Cruz will be the fav among conservative voters. Christie is popular with the media and East coast libs but not in the heartland.

State GOP orgs are getting the message and have a lot of Tea party folks working within.

In all I think things are moving along well....but much needs to be done.

A 3rd party scam would kill any hopes of conservatives at this time.

If I ever saw somebody who was up to the challenge, ready to lead, and looking downright presidential, it is Ted Cruz. I get more impressed with the man every day. Have you noticed that despite all the slings and arrows he takes, he never responds in kind, never makes deragatory comments about those attacking him, never gets mean? The guy just keeps smiling and never stumbles. In that way, he is Reaganesque.

Ted 2016.
