People, please read the 14th Amendment.
It was basically the anti-slavery amendment, which is fine, but a couple of clauses refer to insurrection and rebellion and the 3rd clause refers to the removal of legislature members considered to be “in rebellion.”
So, in the opinion of a tyrant who refuses to follow the constitution......
....those who wish to follow it are in rebellion? That boat won’t float.
It will float very well if he wants it to. I think that’s why Boehner has been scared enough to kick into gear.
