Luckily, with the plethora of cameraphones, we are seeing these incidents without the spin although according to one of the relatives of the thugs in NYC, the perp was a wonderful kid. The video(s) tell a much different story though.
No they did not. The car was stopped, the danger was over when they executed the woman.

That is what I was concerned about, they were able to get a baby out of a child seat or maybe they got the whole seat and they couldn't get her out without killing her?? But, if they got the baby out then she moved the car again, a car is a deadly weapon and the cops were then justified. I haven't heard any updates since the incident so is there any updates about the timeline?
The cops didn't blast her at the white hut gates, she traveled some distance but my wife pointed out something. When she showed up at the wh gate and asked to see 0, they should have said, we'll check the list and taken care of it then but again, I haven't heard any updates about the whole story since the incident broke and I would like to know the order of events from the time the police became aware of her until her death.

Half an hour I’ll never retrieve, spent on youtube looking for some video of that woman ramming a barricade. I saw the police car video you linked, no sign of her car in that one. I saw her car as she fled a crowd of people pointing guns at her. But nothing of her ramming anything at the WH or at the Capitol.
If she did ram anything at the WH, it sure wasn’t a serious barricade with the front of her car.
Anytime a BLACK AMERICAN is killed by questionable means then those who want to push the race issue will automatically intervene and question.
My personal opinion is that shooting to kill ANYONE should be an absolute last resort.
From the video I've seen of this event those dealing with it were NOT trained to deal with such an occurrence. They were simply reacting to the moment and like armed officers that shoot family dogs in wrongful swat raids they reacted without thinking.

I would argue that the scores of high speed chases you watch on the 6PM news almost never end in a killing. The speedster almost always puts the general public in danger. They cause accidents at intersections, smash into other vehicles and even cop cars. If they are unarmed they are just finally apprehended, maybe a little street justice beatdown and then taken into custody.
I’m glad you are psychic enough to intuit that the lady looked like a failed bombing attempt. If we go by your logic everyone who flees from the cops should be shot dead. Its insane to buy into this crap.
They didn't occur around the White House, the US Capitol, and the National Mall.
They also usually end when cornered by the police, and the driver doesn't drive away -- twice -- injuring officers in the process.

An NY Post story clarified: she reportedly drove over some low barricades and into a White House driveway before being stopped by a larger barricade. That is probably the reason the Secret Service reacted the way they did.
After reading over 75 comments on tbis thread I’m still left with the belief that the united states has become a nation of mostly thugs and cowards. It’s almost a given that the police are going to shoot first and then not even bother asking questions later. Their job is to go home at the end of their shift (”protect and serve” doesn’t even pass the giggle test anymore). Then we get a lot of pant wetting obsequious pussies praising those brave, roided out thugs for executing one small, unarmed woman in an re-badged Nissan altima that never had a chance in hell or breeching a post 9/11 whitehouse barricade. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

The point is this woman was not armed, did not have a bomb and never even drove through barrycades. She had no chance of getting anywhere near Obama. She was probably terrified by a bunch of roided up cops screaming and pointing guns at her so she tried to flee.
If you are buying into this myth that its OK to shoot anybody getting near government buildings you need to re-think.
