A planned immigration reform rally will take place on the National Mall on Tuesday even though the site is closed due to the government shutdown.

Susana Flores, a spokesperson for the rally, confirmed for the Washington Examiner that the Park Service will allow the event to take place under the group's rights granted by the First Amendment.
About 30 members of Congress are expected to attend the rally, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J.

This is exactly how Obumbacare will work. If you are on the "naughty" list (Republican, gun owner, Christian, home schooler, working, law abiding, straight, etc.), you will be put at the end of the line for your health care. As stated, screw the fact that the Vets groups AND CITIZENS that plan ahead and come to the Nations Capitol for vacations, reunions, USUALLY more expensive than most cities in the country, and the OPEN AIR MONUMENTS are closed while a group ‘FIGHTING FOR ILLEGALS RIGHTS’ is given an open invite.
Of course the ‘Officials’ realize that (at this point) the average citizen or vet, while mad etc will most likely vacate the scene when asked or ‘pressured’ to do so.
These ‘ingrates’ would more than likely act the way WE should when PUBLIC LAND is shut to the OWNERS....

I’ve never emailed a representative before. In fact, my new zip code apparently straddles two congressional districts and I had to blow the map up to street level to see which idiot was the right guy.

Apparently Our Little Dictator never read “How to Win Friends and Influence People”. He’s instead playing this like a spoiled 3 year old who doesn’t get his way; something I’m sure he learned well growing up; if one could say he ever grew up, which is questionable.
If he wanted to play this smart, he’d acquiesce to a delay in Obamacare, “for the good of the Country”. He could then claim the high ground in the debate. But, no; he’s too petty for such a play.
So why was the Mall (among other places) closed in the first place? So the American people would have a difficult time gathering to protest the Zero King!!
It is time for a million bikers, a couple million vets, a half million big 4X4's, and a few thousand big rigs, to employ the tactics of Move On and shut the place down for a few months.
