Doubtful. They have known full well how we feel in the past and could not possibly have cared less.
The GOP-e look on us with more disdain than they look on the Dem representatives and senators.
Having to get elected every two years has its advantages
They’ve had to get elected every two years in the past and have not shown this level of spine. I don’t buy that as the explanation.

It seems pretty clear the spines were always there. The recent reports to the contrary were lies.
But the 14th Amendment has been in play for a long time. Obama’s threatened its use before. They didn’t show this level of spine back then.
Something is up.
