From Google Street View - the destroyed building is the Kabuljan Market.

Two possibilities:

1. Someone is very annoyed with some of the recent immigration

2. Some immigrants used the building as a bomb-making factory

3. Some immigrants framed up this bombing, the better to cast themselves as victims

I think it’s #2 or #3, and since there are two dead I’d say it was #2.

I think it is a sunni on shia attack. Bring it on, I say from the sidelines.

Premature detonation.
I believe in the Arab world, they call it an “occupational hazard”.

According to the article, the explosion originated in the real estate office next door.

Not from the images appearing on Australian news. The market is more or less totally destroyed - one whole floor is missing. The real estate agents is severely damaged but is much more intact.

Explosions can do funny things but it really does not look like the main explosion was in the real estate building and not the market.

It’s called a “cover company” for moving money. The “global real estate” activity is used to explain the movement of money from one country to another.

The proximity to the “Iranian market” just reeks.

If you look at the window above the real estate market, you will see that it is blacked out. That is where the bomb factory probably was.
