Tear up the citations. Refuse to pay. Demand a jury trial. Make this cost the King as much as you can, in terms of both money and embarrassment.
I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure you can’t demand a jury trial for a citation. Any lawyers care to comment?
2 arguments you can try: violation of the 14th: equal protection since some groups get to use public space while others do not and hey...the land belongs to the people.
