Evil Republicans were running up Bush debt to pay for an unjust war against terrorism and Islam, just because some Islamists attacked America in the name of their religion. That’s the most oppressive crime perpetrated by the West since the British suppressed the Thugist sect in India in the 1820s, and like that campaign by imperialist Britain, it was not right to raise the US debt ceiling to pay for it.*
