In a clear attempt to woo largely establishment conservative commentators who have loudly opposed the GOP’s current government shutdown strategy, President Obama held an off-the-record meeting with the Washington Post’s Charles Krauthammer, the Wall Street Journal editorial page editor Paul Gigot, National Review’s Washington editor Robert Costa, syndicated columnist and former CNN co-host Kathleen Parker, and Byron York of the Washington Examiner.

The question is, did King Barry slap a manilla folder with the NSA's logo on the front and their name on it down on a table in front of each of them while sitting together, or call them into a room one at a time and do it?
Let's be clear.. Each one of these people were given warnings and warned not to disclose they've been warned.

So how does this work? Do they all socialize with Good Old Barry regularly anyway and just decided to go over to his house this time to hang out (the group being a latter-day "Choom Gang" of rather square, semi-useful idiots), or does some gray functionary of the Empire deliver them a summons - or FBI/NSA/CIA/LSMFT dossier - at the front door that must be obeyed... or else? I mean, they all have their freedom of association rights yet... right? Not that I really give a damn since everyone mentioned has been on my "trust them as far as I can throw them list" for varying lengths of time, but I'd kind of like to know how cozy each one of them is with this miscreant.
(Yes, simple fact that this has happened makes the correct answer "too cozy." Part of me still would like to know the extent of their descent from light into darkness.)
In any event, each one of the lot has now been outed, and I bid them a hearty, "Well, bye!"
