It seems that there are a lot of them for a "small evil minority." I read that the Barrycades at the Pisgah Inn are manned by 5 rangers 24/7. Running eight hour shifts that's 15 of them just for that. Then you add up all of the rangers that are running around in other parks issuing citations for trespass it ads up to quite a few.
NPS has over 20k full time employees. If 10% are Obama-followers, I see that as a small minority. It’s still enough to harass decent people, but I would not generalize from those who are actively evil to all NPS personnel.
It’s like cops who shoot dogs - there are a lot who do that. There are a whole lot more police who entered the profession to protect decent people and have no interest in shooting their neighbor’s dog.
Note: Park Service and police nothing like ACORN or Democrat operatives. Members of liberal groups entered their line of work specifically to act against American interests, and they have nothing in common with decent people.
