“Occupy America”; using their own tactics against them. C’mon you Democrats join us in this movement and stop being the lapdog of the elites who are just using you like a sideline mistress always promising to but never leaving his wife. Washington is just using you. Abondon the ship.

You are wasting your breath and time there. To a Democrat, the Democrat party is their god, lord, savior and messiah. I understand that some call themselves Christians, even attend Church Services faithfully, however, each election they vote for candidates of a Party that practices everything that is forbidden in the Holy Bible. That support a Party that booed the mention of God on National television numerous times.
Actually they still don’t understand that ‘all this stuff being shutdown’ is an example of jackboot thuggery and is all being done for the drama effect on the American public.
I know this because a homebound client of mine started chatting at me about the shutdown, clean CR, etc. I normally do not talk politics with my clients, but she just kept on and on.
Finally I held up my hand for her to be quiet for a few minutes. I started asking questions as she is old enough to have gone through a few Presidents and a few shutdowns. I asked her when the last shutdown happened under Clinton, did he close the open air national monuments? Did he order people out of their cottages at the Grand Canyon, Did he try to shut down hotels on the Blue Ridge Parkway?
I got the typical answer of no...but, but, but...I again held up my hand for her to be quiet so I could get a word in edgewise. I looked her dead in the eye and said, ‘all these tactics are being orchestrated by the White House to display their power over the people. It is all for the drama of it.’
My last question was what President have you known that would ever use such tactics to scare the American people, Wall Street, and the world to get what he wanted? I don’t understand what 0bama is doing this all for, but he is not leading the Nation, he is threatening it and as such he is outside the scope of his office.
She went on about the ‘clean CR’ business... I asked her what she meant by a ‘clean cr.’ She said one that doesn’t have all these extra things attached too it. I then gave her the dead on arrival list of CRs sent to Harry Reid. To her a clean cr was exactly what the Republicans are doing and yet she thought the opposite.
She was pretty quiet the rest of my visit. I think it was starting to dawn on her that the person who is going to hold up her disability check is not Boehner or Ted Cruz...it is the President.
