First of all, the she is a he.

And I don’t have a problem with states charging fees for interstate commerce. If someone does not want to pay it find another way around the state.

Unimpeded competition will sort it all out.

It doesn’t matter if you have a problem or not, it is unconstitutional.

That fee is a tax on trade it is prohibited by Article 1 Section 10 of the Constitution.
