WHEELING -- A man who reportedly fired more than 20 shots into the Wheeling Federal Building has died, authorities said.
The man has not yet been identified. A security guard at the Federal Building also received minor injuries during the shooting rampage, which occurred about 2:30 p.m. today.
Police have not yet released a motive for the shooting.

I did read that about the man, his name was John Constantino, who had three adult children. Nowhere have I seen a face photo of this man or his family, not even on the Daily Mail from Britian.
