LOL! I try to stay up as late as possible to not wake up at 2 am and then not be able to get back to sleep. 9:00pm is about all I can take usually. If I try to make it later then say 10, its where I sit until waking up again and not too comfortable.

I'm standing there filling the car's gas tank when in comes a car. It stops at a pump, the driver gets out, walks around the car and gets back in. Drives around to another tank, gets out, walks around, throws his arms up in my direction laughing as he heads back into his car.
I said to him, "Is there an arrow next to the gas pump icon on your dash?
Eureka! He laughed that he had never noticed. I hadn't, either till reading about it somewhere

My back is the reason I have trouble sleeping. Is there anything that you can do such as take melatonin? A good chiropractor. I use one for RM and he does wonders and get a lot of good advise about exercises and such.

Hydrocodone and Lyrica when I really need it. Can’t figure out why sometimes it is so much worse than others. It is chronic but, I try not to use anything if possible.
