Jarvis’ background looks to be from a Northwest Sierra Club sort of viewpoint. I like clean air and water and nice parks and natural resources as much as the next man but I’d be willing to wager that this guy is, at his core, a wild-eyed enviro-whacko zealot.

The uniform is not as snappy as the real thing. I guess he is still working on it.

He’s a dead ringer for one of the Illinois Nazis in the Blues Brothers.

Yeah, we should get the IRS to look into his background, too! Oh, wait....I don’t think they will do that unless Jarvis is also a Tea Partier and he is not.

"I wish someone would find out where he lives then blocks his driveway. Tell him because of the government shutdown federal employees are not allowed use private land."

Posting his address, if anyone has it, would probably cause a major security scramble and cause the NPS to spend even more money it allegedly doesn't have.

Absolutely the best one liner that should be made into a bumper sticker. Heard this morning on Edd Hendee Show 700AM KSEV, Houston 6-9am CST. paraphrased))

Do you want a Government who punishes Americans during shutdown to Run Your HealthCare System !!??

can anyone top that ?!!?

I think there's a good chance they already have, just in case he ever starts to show signs of developing a conscience.

I know that after this, park rangers are going to be looked upon with disdain.

Henceforth I will refer to them as goons. Also the secret service and any other federal police. Goons all. And I will do it to their faces.

I know that ‘tea bagger’ is some sort of a homo reference but I don’t know what it means. Nor do I want to, ugh.

The term was introduced to the public by Anderson Cooper on CNN, and —yes— he is one of those.

It's so sad...even vile...what federal service has become. All the departments have become corrupt, feral animals lapping up riches stolen from the public. It's not quite yet 'stolen at gunpoint' but just give them a few more years.

And it's not just at the federal level. State and local agencies can also run you over, bury you under regulations, steal your money and even your home on some false pretense. City police SWAT teams have become military-like units of destruction. While many are good public servants, many more in the executive, congressional and judicial branches think their rule is absolute.

And we're paying for it all.

Me too. I’m wont to frequent National Parks. I will treat all the rangers with contempt.

I think the House should impeach the bastard. Even if the Senate won’t convict him the House should impeach him every month until the Senate gets the point.

“seasonal interpreter”? Well, sure, remember this face well ( kind of sets off my gaydar by the way). This guy has the resume of a brown shirt. And his recent actions have the makings of a traitor-in-progress. Another bootlicker working for his pension instead of his oath to service. Write his name down on the same roll of terlet paper you’re keeping track of dirtbags with.

What I’m saying it call him a tea bagger instead of a Tea Partier. Like the libs do.
