I believe that Sebelius and most of the Obama administration are so drunk with power that they think they can admit their intentions with no risk. In addition, Obama is in his last term and it’s now or never for him to destroy as much of ‘western civilization’ as he can accomplish. Does anyone think the MSM will focus on Sebelius admitting what we already guessed were the real intentions of Obamacare? Hardly likely.

Either there is a part of the interview that is edited out and she is being sarcastic in refuting some ones claim that ObamaCare will destroy Western Civ and so her comments were edited to be taken out of context ... or ... just damn.

Ordinarily, it would be hard to believe, but the plain fact that we are beginning to see that ObamaCare really does threaten western civilization does give one cause to ponder.
Obamacare is such a fraud.
If the intent is to subsidize health insurance up to 4x the poverty level—which I think is approximately what the exchanges do, then that can simply be accomplished through the filing of tax returns. (And no, I don’t think people should be subsidized up to 4x the poverty level.)
If the intent is to insure those with uninsurable pre-existing conditions, then some states have already been handling that with high-risk pools for state subsidies.
There is no reason on earth to put together those monster exchanges that, yes, good ol’ Mitt Romney pioneered, unless you’re planning to roll over to a fully nationalized system as soon as you can get away with it.
