Governor John Kasichs administration today requested the Ohio Controlling Board appropriate Obamacare funds for Medicaid expansion, an attempt to circumvent the General Assembly for billions in new entitlement funding from DC.What WAS he doing with Condit and Scarborough, anyway?

Sorry but asking for a federal handout that the fed must borrow to provide is light years away from ‘solvency.’

hospitals losing money doesn't add jobs, it threatens themMaybe OH would be better off with less hospitals, meaning less marginally qualified employees and less foreign doctors etc who can't hold a conversation.
Replace it with what? Jobs in which people actually make something. I'm in OH, not of the elite class, and am not impressed with the medical or dental care I've encountered.

Okay, Kasich has certainly signaled that he has no further political ambitions once he’s done with Ohio.
I have always been a little suspicious of “rising star” legislators who one day up and quit their offices, or decide not to run for re-election. Scarborough, Kasich, and a few others seem to have gotten themselves dirty in Dirty City.
Of course, some rats have suffered the same fate. I’ll never forget Bill Gray up and quitting.

Yep OHIO ya SURE know how to Pick em! The Ohio GOPe does not give us anyone to choose from. They have had the state under locked down tight for decades; right right down to the precinct captains. Almost no tolerance for true conservative principles.
That's how we end up with people like the back stabbin pimp Kasich. He even voted for Bill Clinton's semi auto bna back in the 90s.

I'm sad to say that kasish is from WPA and I've met him years ago.
I always respected his conservative values, but since he became gubbernor of ohio, he has turned into a ball-less squish.

Governor John Kasich sounds like he's begging for impeachment. Go for it John, and find out about the unemployment line.
