Colorado GOP Disowns Latest Recall Effort
DC Clothesline ^ | 10/13/2013 | Stephen Ahle

Big deal. They disowned the last two also, telling the organizers that they could never possibly win. But they were wrong. They could be right this time as there was already on effort to recall Evie Hudak by the voters in her district, but they didn’t get enough signatures to do it. This time it is more organized and they have plenty of volunteers.

The state GOP, who lost the state to the democrats in the first place are still trying to dispense advice. And like any other free advice, it’s worth every penny of it. The State GOP is afraid of bad PR. They are afraid if they take control of the senate through three recall elections, the voters won’t like it. Well hell’s bells, if the voters didn’t approve, they wouldn’t be successful.

But if the recall is triggered, they will likely get involved like they did before. During the Morse & Giron recalls, the state party sent them 100k and outside groups like the NRA brought in money and volunteers. The grassroots movement in Colorado has already proven that money isn’t everything. They were outspent 7 to 1 during the first two recalls but won them both.

The democrats currently have a one vote majority in the Senate and if Hudak is recalled and loses, the Republicans would then control the Senate and could block any bill the House or Hickenlooper throws out there. A third of the senate is up for reelection in 2014, but Hudak is not one of them.

The state party has no money to help anyway and because of the first two recalls, they weren’t expecting help.

Hudak says she is not worried. That’s what Morse and Giron kept saying.

Coloradans must throw everything they can into recalling this genius Hudak.

Show the official Republicrat Party that they no longer call all the shots. People who KNOW what’s wrong and have a solution but don’t use it are certainly cutting off their nose. Just do it!

Conservatives need to win the war by fighting one battle at a time and Colorado: THIS IS YOURS!

You Coloradans are doing a great job. It’s much easier to get involved locally to make political changes, thereby, establishing a political base in the states. .

More like "If the Repubs have control, the voters will start expecting results".

There is a possibility that covert democrats have penetrated our party and used dirty tricks to subvert our efforts. They do this in Maryland too.

There is a big difference between “disowning” and choosing not to fund an effort.

The cost of mounting a recall in Hudak’s district is TEN times the cost of either of the other two recalls.

The State GOP has to prioritize its funding allocation, and has decided this recall effort is not worth the return on investment.

There are FIVE other vulnerable State Senate Dems in 2014 and it is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT to ensure wins in those districts.

Yes, just like the big GOP donors prioritizing spending money Common Core and Amnesty ads. Yet spend NOTHING on fighting kenyancare. The reality you are refusing to see is that those folks who make those decisions are not conservatives who want to win. If they were, they would be finding the money to pound all CO Dems over the head with that outrageous rape statement that old bag made.

The Dems have declared war on us and are going scorched earth. Either we fight back with similar ordnance or die politically. It’s that simple.

Looks like the GOP geldings are fighting back everywhere.

I sure hope the Tea Party has primary opposition for all of these establishment cowards, otherwise 2014 is going to be a disaster.

NO!

NOT “just like”!!

They can’t spend money “promised if you change”.

Spending the money to throw Hudak out now and then fighting to retain that seat next year, is a foolish expenditure, when there are FIVE very achievable victories, needing those resources.

You missed my point completely. The GOPe found money for Common Core and amnesty carpet bomb campaigns. It can be done if they want the battle. Here they have the poster girl for the #demwaronwomen in CO and they simply don’t want the battle. That’s on them, completely. Retreating from the battlefield and waiting for the electorate to do the heavy lifting is why they lose.

The GOPe will keep on losing if they continue to follow that loser game plan.

The coward CO GOPe disowned the first Colorado recall as well, but, had no problem getting two (2) of their own sworn in after the Tea Party Americans kicked out two liberal socialist!

Did anyone expect anything different from the GOPe (RINO’s) after the first recall?

Look at what the GOPe (RINO’s) are doing to themselves in Congress as we speak, caving to one of their own demands after another with themselves, until the liberals are now demanding an end to the sequester that they wanted in the first place!

Knock them out Colorado, but, you should not allow more GOPe to be sworn in after your hard work, instead, have Tea Party conservative Americans ready to take the place of those you successfully recall!
