The Corbett Administration ruled out using state dollars for historic sites because officials instead want to focus on ensuring social service payments that could be affected.If our Commonwealth was as fiscally sound as the State of Utah, we could have reopened them all like they did. As it is, Corbett had to make a choice between tourists and the gimme crowd.
